- Club Concierge: You’ll be working with a single individual who’ll know your roof in and out. They’ll communicate with you in advance to coordinate your maintenance and ensure your roof receives the attention it needs.
- Designated Service Team: Our Services Technicians are equipped with all the tools to keep your roof looking beautiful and performing optimally all year long.
- Priority Service: Members have priority scheduling.
- Inflation Protection: Regardless of the price change, the customer locks in the membership price at the rate of initial registration.
- Transferrable.: Warranty transferred to the new homeowner (1-time transfer only)
- Extended Warranty: Warranty transferred to new homeowner. (1-time transfer only)
- Roof cleaning Once, Twice, or Three Times a Year:
- Blow off major debris from roof & gutters
- Clean Skylights & Sun Tunnels
- Touch up paint on roof fixtures
- Thoroughly inspect roof system with the inspection sheet
- Service tech will ensure a meticulous cleanup of the surrounding areas & haul away debris
- A signed final checklist left behind detailing the work that was performed by our technician
